Travelling By Car?
- Take the M6 to Junction 36, then take the Kendal/Barrow Road (A590) 3.2miles, to the exit and at the first roundabout take the first exit to stay on the A590, followed by the second exit on the next roundabout to continue up the hill on the A590, take the exit towards Cartmel/Low Newton/High Newton/Priory, turning left on to Cartmel Lane, follow this to the bottom of the hill, before turning left on to Green Lane, after 1.1miles turn right on to Crag Lane, and then after 0.2miles turn right on to Aynsome Lane, at this point you will be at the front of the Manor.

- Nearest Station: Cark-in-Cartmel (approximately three miles from Aynsome Manor). However, this does require a change in Lancaster or Penrith so taking the main Glasgow to Euston line to Oxenholme, Kendal is usually the best option.
